Grandmaster visit 2008

It was in late 2006 when Grandmaster Kuoha last visited Germany. On June 10th though, he'll come back to Europe's biggest dojo, and once again, these two weeks will be packed with events. Of course there's the usual private lessons and seminars (some of which will be completely new), and also he will join normal training sessions. That alone is a rare chance to experience training with a world famous martial artist. But there's more ...

For the first time in six years, his daughter, Sensei Ka'imi, will accompany him on his trip to Germany, brining along Sensei Mareade, a close friend of hers. Not only will this be a rare and valueable experience, to train with the daughter of the grandmaster, Sensei Ka'imi will also be holding seminars of her own and will offer private lessons for Kara-Ho students. A unique opportunity to train with the future grandmaster of the Chinese Kara-Ho Kempo system.

While there's some known seminars, like the ki seminar for kids, there will also be completely new ones, like a seminar for combination techniques using ki. Also, there will be a movement seminar by Sensei Ka'imi. Not many know what they should expect, but we'll let her surprise as. Even though some fear it will be as exhausting as her seminar on Hawaii.

But training's not all. Since they're in Germany already, they won't spend all the time in the dojo. That's why we've decided to take a few trips, not only in and around the city, but we'll also pay Austria a visit or two, to show them a little more of Europe than in previous visits.

All these events, from their arrival to departure on June 21st, will make sure that nobody will be bored during their stay here and might well make this the biggest Kara-Ho event in Germany this year.
